Bipartisan Letter Urges Commerce Secretary to Avoid Changing CAFTA ROO

Representatives Patrick McHenry (R-NC) and Bill Pascrell (D-NJ) led a letter signed by 38 Members of Congress to Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo encouraging upholding textile and apparel rules of origin included in CAFTA-DR
